MCA Records released their 1st album in the USA and Australia.  By 1999, the world finally caught up to the band’s message and the original album was revived in CD format and became instantly popular. Since then, the band has released 3 singles and 4 albums, including Make Me Believe, Summer Vacation/Rock’n America (a tribute to Joey Ramone), Meet the Catholic Girls, and their newest, The Catholic Girls—Exposed! They’ve opened for acts like Dave Davies of the Kinks, Gene Loves Jezebel, performed at The Knitting Factory in Hollywood and been nominated by The Asbury Park Music Awards for Top Rock Band of the Year. Their video, Make Me Believe, reached the charts in Billboard. Additionally, Goldmine Magazine readers included their original single Boys Can Cry to be part of The Ultimate Rock'n Roll Jukebox (The Top 200 songs ever that must be included on any jukebox)! Rock’n America was also recently was selected by Little Steven (of The E Street Band/Sopranos fame) to be included on his Coolest Songs in the World, Vol. 7 CD . Currently, with Exposed, the Catholic Girls have transformed themselves with a new energy, setting aside the uniforms and musically taking on subjects ranging from true loss, to sleep deprivation, to obsession, to Alfred Hitchcock. Over time, they’ve proven conclusively to be a here-to-stay band that they can break all the rules and rock the house with anyone, in any venue, any time, any place, anywhere!
