Pastor Jeff is the Senior Pastor of the River Christian Center in Manassas, Virginia. The River is a church that’s based on the five core values of love Christ, love others, win souls, make disciples and transform lives. Everything we do is built upon those five core values and by implementing them we believe that we can change our society from the inside out. Also, he is the founder and overseer of the River United Network (R.U.N.) an apostolic covering and fellowship based on caring, connecting and covering of ministers and ministries. Additionally, Pastor Jeff is a charismatic speaker and the author of two devotional books entitled, The Days Encouraging Word (Volumes 1 and 2). His latest book release is entitled, Twice Daily The Bottom Line AnEncouraging Devotional.

During his 14 year tenure as Senior Pastor he organized yearly conferences for men, started a streaming online radio station called Praise 2 Go Radio and helped in the growth and development of many spiritual sons and daughters.
