Proverbs 11:3-6
The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them. Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death. The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way: but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness. The righteousness of the upright shall deliver them: but transgressors shall be taken in their own naughtiness.

She encourages the listener not to be a transgressor because there are consequences that are detrimental to one's faith and the faith of others. She states that we should not be deprived of joy and peace because of being in slavery to trangressions. It is time to walk in obedience to Christ that we may have joy, everlasting joy that can only come from our Heavenly Father.
