Author, Illustrator, Publisher, and Public Speaker and MOMpreneur since 1974!

Kas has written, illustrated, and published 18 of her own books, and has illustrated and/or published a total of 98 books. About 100 authors from all over the US and Canada are represented on her Everything Family website  As the National Family Activities Expert for Pregnancy.org and as a long-time, monthly columnist for "Discover the Region" and contributor to other publications Kas focuses on writing ideas to help families and children.

Kas and her husband, Roger, have been together for 34 years. They have three amazing children, three terrific step-children, and a bunch of awesome grandchildren. Children and families has always been Kas’ focus. One of her favorite things is watching a child realize that they can imagine, envision, and create their own reality--even in small ways.
