Everyl-Ann, founder of Noir Naturals never thought her name would be on the first layoff list, but it was. She worked for a Fortune 3 company, and was ousted in 2015. At the time of her layoff Noir Naturals a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of natural bath, body and aromatherapy products, was six years old, so Ev opted to retire from corporate America and work full-time in her business. Ev partnered with Kevin Harrington, original Shark from Shark Tank in a television commercial endorsement marketing opportunity with AsSeenOnTV.pro for her most popular product, goat’s milk soaps.  A business that started with a handful of products has grown to produce over fifty, for skin of all types. “Goat’s milk is the key ingredient in my products because of the benefits to the skin. Goat’s milk is a very rich milk so it brings intense hydration to the skin, which makes my products excellent for dry skin". Everyl-Ann also takes time out to coach and mentor other start-up business when not running Noir Naturals. “I enjoy sharing my business school knowledge with practical experience to help others succeed.” Noir Naturals has a Natural Soap Fundraising Program where individuals and non-profits sell their products to raise funds. The company also has a Customer Reseller Program where avid users of the products who wish to resell to friends and family members can do that.
