I have never hosted an episode without a guest, this will be a first.

But as we discussed last week on the show June is PTSD awareness month. When we hear the term PTSD many people think of veterans, but PTSD Affects nearly 12 million adults in the US per year.

Many of those victims of sexual violence, domestic assaults, rape, incest and exposure to other forms of violence and trauma.

I am going to openly share how molestation and domestic violence affected me.

My trauma didn't start in 2012 with that assault, it started when I was 6 years old....

I lived for over 35 years without even knowing the enemy I was fighting had a label, PTSD.

I welcome you to call in LIVE and share you story or ask questions.

It is important to build a bridge of understanding that PTSD looks different on everyone.
