It is important as well to to be healthy and well at all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually as we continue to progress on our Ascension Journery. Eat consciously,, drink purified water and eat lots of organic foods if possible otherwise use the purification technique (energy healing) you have been shown.

Wear your headbands as much as possible and we urge you to meditate daily on your own and also to participate in Jared Rand's Global Meditation for Humanity and Terra Christa (Mother Earth). Inner work is paramount to shifting to full 5th Dimension and above!

In respect to health, we have a wonderful speaker talking about the AGE Pill and the magic Transfusium.  She is our surprise new guest speaker. Can't wait to hear what she has to say!
