Ying Ma is the author of Chinese Girl in the Ghetto, which she completed as a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. Her work has appeared in the National Review Online, The Weekly Standard, Policy Review and other publications. 

Sally Pipes is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Pacific Research Institute. She writes regularly in Forbes in a column titled Piping Up, and her work has also appeared in Investor’s Business Daily, the Wall Street Journal, RealClearPolitics, New York Times, and many other places. Her latest book is entitled The Cure for Obamacare.
