Ilya Somin is a professor at the George Mason University School of Law, an adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute, a blogger for Volokh Conspiracy, and a former co-editor of the Supreme Court Economic Review. He received his B.A. in political science and history from Amherst College, M.A. in political science from Harvard University and J.D. from Yale Law School.
