Interview with Steve McLeod about the "Salad Box" project he and his wife & Lori Medlin are working on. The Salad Box transforms used shipping containers into sustainable green houses for urban farming. The Salad Box can grow organic vegetables, micro greens and fish, using solar panels, rain water collection and their new vertical growing system.
