Our guest today Dr. Everette B. Penn, is a professor, an author and the Director of the Teen And Police Service (TAPS) Academy, an organization focused on building relationships between police and teenagers.  The program pairs students with mentor officers to discuss issues including bullying, anger management, avoidance of gang life, drug usage and conflict management, as well as other youth and law enforcement-focused topics.
