LOVE IS POWER-VANESSALAKE -Ep.#25 "Me First"

We are not talking about "Me First" in a evil, selfish, mean-minded, narcissistic, me-first mentality. Me First is in a way of self love and kindness to oneself so we can do and be better for ourselves as well as others.

Here on Love Is Power we will discuss just how to do that or how  to be a step closer in making a better you a reality to a better you and vice versa.
