 it is an act or instance of determining mentally upon some action or result.  Your mental action or your progressive thoughts have a frequency that the universe is picking up and bringing back to you what you are thinking about and then creating in physical form.  Today we are going to discuss:
1. How to use the power of intention to create and manifest from desire.  Desire is coming from love. 
2. Techniques to help you match your emotions and your intentions so you are manifesting great relationships in love and your family, career prosperity, health and life choices.  Remember the universe responds to not what you say but how you feel about what you say.
