How do you share with your new sweetheart about being a T1D?

If your have T1D which s short for Type 1 diabetes.  I am going to talk about this tonight.  How can you be clear and concise and make sure that you feel safe and sure of yourself and allow this to bring you closer and work together and deepen your relationship.
