On today's Episode we speak with Ashley Efaw, a Clinical Assistant Professor and OT academic Fieldwork Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma. She outlines her recent study "Occupational Therapy Student-initiated journal clubs in pediatric fieldwork settings" and we discuss why journal clubs are important and how OT professionals can begin to implement them into their day to day practice.
