Entering our 99th episode, the Bedford & Sullivan podcast keeps the research going, welcoming back author and Negro League historian Phil Dixon to the program.

Phil has been looking into the Brooklyn Brown Dodgers lately, a Negro League team incarnated by Branch Rickey, along with the United States Baseball League,  to hide his real intentions of bringing black ballplayers to the major leagues. Not much has been spoken or written on the team or the league for that matter, so Phil will help shed some light on a subject very much glossed over in baseball history.

So, join us at 9am ET for the latest edition of the Bedford & Sullivan podcast!
