    When Superman and his wife Lois Lane return to their hometown of Smallville with their twin sons, their lives are upended when ‘The Stranger’ enters.  A soldier from an unidentified parallel Earth, ‘The Stranger’ aka ‘John Henry Irons’ (Parks) is hellbent on proving to the world that it no longer needs Superman.
