Elaine Godley of Elastic FM's Perfect Health show invited me on this month for an interview about all things holistic, what the integral vision is and how it can be used in health assessment and maintainance. We also talked about LifeForce Qigong and how it developed through my brother Simon Calder and lastly dipped into the world of the shadow self and  why that work is so important and how it helped me overcome some of the most difficult phases in my life and career.
