Jimmy has established himself among a pantheon of well-known percussionists and Salsa bandleaders such as Orch Cimarron, Eddie Palmieri, Ray Barretto, Willie Colon & Ruben Blades. He worked with Ismael Quintana with Louie Cruz’s Orch, Tipica Novel, Tipica 73 & others. Jimmy will talk about his career and the upcoming Lehman Center for the Performing Arts tribute to vocalist Ismael Quintana on Saturday, April 25th.
