Host Junious Ricardo Stanton speaks with Herman and Lucy Bigham in their Philadelphia home. The couple discuss their company Tosheka Textiles which is based in Lucy's native Kenya. Their company uses clean recycled plastic bags to weave tote, message, laptop and notebook carry bags, pocketbooks and soon clothing to provide employment opportunities while reducing Kenya's growing refuse and waste problem. The Bighams are confident their green technology will be a boon for the Kenyan people and demonstrate practical green technologies to the world.
