Host Deardra Shuler talks with Christina Crawford, daughter of Joan Crawford, and author of the books "No Safe Place" and , "Mommie Dearest." Ms. Crawford who wrote the documentary is producing it with Jerry Rosenberg and presenting her Bio-Pic documentary film "Surviving Mommie Dearest" on the Snapple Theatre stage, located at 1627 Broadway / 210 W. 50 St. near the corner of 50 Street and Broadway until May 12th. Christina won a Sarah Siddons Award as best actress for her performance in Barefoot in the Park. She served as President of Benewah Human Rights Coalition from 2011-2013.
Since 1993, she has lived on over 100 acres in Northern Idaho where she initially owned a successful country inn, worked seven years as entertainment manager for the Coeur D’Alene Casino and produced her own regional weekly TV show that won three Telly Awards.
