FUNN, a program of The Tucker Brown Group, is an Empowerment Workshop for women, young women, young men, girls and boys. It was developed by Sherry Tucker Brown of The Tucker Brown Group, to let participants know that wherever they are on their pathway, "It's ALL Okay!". FUNN asks participants to share their story of who they are in small groups. The group allows participants to open up, perhaps for the first time, to others without judgement.

The workshops are FUNN and are presented by dynamic and unique facilitators. Each one comes from a different life experience, and is ethnically and racially different, but share the same outlook about recognizing the joy of life. Each facilitator during FUNN shares his/her "life story" thus far.
