Ms. Herbert is a native of the sunny twin Island state of Antigua and Barbuda,  She started her consulting practice recently, but her training has been on-going for 12 years. A certified and experienced youth leader, Louise has trained youth with disabilities in the various areas of Leadership.  

Due to her strong faith, determination, focus, and vision, this pioneer is blazing the path to make  equal rights for the physically challenged in the Caribbean a major human rights issue.
