Special Guest: Writer Demond Alvarez.  Demond's first book is entitled: Soul Of A Man, Poetry for the mind body and soul and he coauthored the children's book, The Adventures of the Bunny Detective. Demond also runs Soul Sisters at Blog Spot, Lighting Black Women in the Community.
