Still University.  She completed her Internal Medicine residency at St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and served as chief resident in Internal Medicine. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Holistic Medicine.  In 2004 Dr. Dean founded EcoLogical Internal Medicine in Ann Arbor, Michigan as a way to offer the best of holistic and internal medicines to patients.
