The Cake BItes Story

Cake Bite in Monroe, MI was created on a whim in June 2011 by Michele Paled, President of MP Marketing, an advertising and marketing company.  Ms. Paled has been known for bringing in a dozen or more yummy cupcakes to business meetings for years.  One of her clients told her that although the cupcakes were yummy, they were sometimes TOO MUCH to eat in one sitting.  Michele took that comment to heart and came up with Cake Bites which are just a bite or two of cake coated with candy and decoration.  Cake Bites was introduced as a product at the Monroe Michigan Farmer's Market and is about to make their "debut" at the world-renowned Eastern Market in downtown Detroit soon!
