Summer Children Ayurveda

The season is upon us to set the children free to run and romp about, to have them carefree and watch they joyfully be a part of all things summer!  Of course there are many temptations to allow rules to relax and schedules to go the way side however Dr. Beena Vesikar M.D. joins us this evening to remind us that it is important to make sure good nutrition is a part of the summer fun.  She reassures us that the science of Ayurveda can help us feed our children right without being obvious that we are trying!  You are invited to be a part of the program by calling 646-378-0378.
