Pennsylvania v. Mimms - Maryland v Wilson -Torts, & (The 1%)

Today on "It's My House" we shall continue our talks on in preparation for "Traffic Stop Bootcamp". In light of the Sandra Bland traffic stop that the law enforcement officer violated Ms. Bland's 4th Admendment rights..........however the same people who claim her rights were violated are not familar with the Supreme Court case" "Pennsylvania v. Mimms". 

Pennsylvania v. Mimms, criminal law decision holding that a police officer ordering a person out of a car following a traffic stop and conducting a pat-down to check for weapons did not violate the 4th Admendment.

We shall also be discusing the case of Maryland v Wilson, the topic of Torts, and The 1%.
