What Is A Housing Enabler ?

Enablers are Institutions who may, knowingly or unknowingly, help a  "Consumption Addict" continue their "abusive consumption behavior". This can often create a mutually destructive relationship that furthers the cycle of "Consumption Addiction" that can lead towards utilities being disconnected, eviction, foreclosure, homelessness, and bankruptcy.

Housing Enablers refers to an act of assisting someone in such a way that rather than solving a problem, it is in fact making the problem worse.
