Soldiers of Light Against Darkness

Author Tyrone Tony Reed Jr. a freelance writer is proud to announce his kick-starter project for the release of his first novel "S.O.L.A.D.: “Soldiers of Light Against Darkness".  The novel is scheduled for a Spring 2012 release.  The novel is the story of Kevin Edwards and his ex-girlfriend, Juanita Edwards, who are transported to Dark Earth, a world overrun by demons. Chosen by God to deliver the people of Dark Earth, Kevin and Juanita are each given a ring that transforms them into super-powered beings Angelo and Angeline:  "Soldiers of Light Against Darkness" Tyrone began writing this novel during his senior year at Whitehaven High School and after 11 years of persistence and hard work, "S.O.L.A.D." is ready for release. Inspired as a child by Superman's alter ego Clark Kent, a go-getter reporter at The Daily Planet, Tyrone's writing career began in his teen years. He was a Teen Panelist for The Commercial Appeal, in Memphis, Tenn., for two years and a reporter for The Teen Appeal newspaper, also in Memphis, for three years. While earning his journalism degree at Franklin College in Franklin, Ind., Tyrone held several positions on the college's newspaper, The Franklin.
