I am currently doing a series of radio shows on teaching people how to start their own business this week show is to talk about selecting the right target market-- and we will discuss studying the industry, analyzing the market, competitive analysis, identifying your prospective customers, and putting together a customer profile. This is why understanding your natural behavioral styles and how you communicate is very important. For instance, if you are someone who is very dominant and controlling you believe you can control everything around you, if you are very outgoing and talkative now living as a stranger and you communicate and talk to everyone, you can also be someone who is very detail oriented and go strictly by the manual and how you do everything, and finally you may be someone who needs a lot of encouragement to be successful. We have all of these behaviors within us, but few of us know how to utilize these behaviors to emphasize our strengths and also use people who have strengths are In areas where we are weak. When we have a knowledge of our natural behavioral style and communication we are able to build upon them and build a successful business.
