For the past three months we have been doing our weekly shows on how to start your own business. This week we want to discuss using social networking to build your contacts, because networking through the Internet allows you to have more of a global business so that you can reach more clients. The Internet allows you to have more of a global business to sell your products and services because you can use the Internet, your home phone or cell phone, even in the skype as a means of connecting with people to build your business. There are three sites that you need to be involved in such as twitter, Facebook, and linkedin. On linked in there are many groups that you can join that fall into your niche plus there are also groups where you can join to be an open networker and build up your list of contacts. This is important because it allows you the opportunity to place discussions and topics on their boards to get answers to your questions and also to answer other peoples questions which will set you up to become an expert on your topic. People who need to listen to the show are entrepreneurs, home based business owners, executive search consultants, careers, business coaches, etc.
