"Don't let the need for perfection paralyze you." Those words ran through Lynette Connell's mind in the early morning of the day of her accident. She was on top of the world with a great job, beautiful home but yet felt so empty and lost in the busyness of her world. Little did she know then that God was going to do a mighty work starting that day and strip everything she had away from her except her love for her son. Just as Almighty God gave his all because of his love for us (his children) and bore the pain of the separation from Jesus as the price for our future reconciliation --Lynette also gave her all in her most pain-filled days because of her love for her child. What a beautiful story of God's amazing grace and handiwork that he places in our hearts to share in his love that overcomes. We are the clay and He is the potter and sometimes he has to break us to help us become a testimony of how God's love is truly all sufficient. We all have need of him and we can do all things through Christ who is our strength and help in times of trouble. Her message is universal--not just for those physically hurting, but for those in torment in their mind and emotions. It is for people here at home and for people throughout the world even those in Japan that is suffering today. In a world where many aspire for perfection, wealth and health--here's a story to remind you that all these things will pass away but he who waits on the Lord will soar with wings like eagle and yes indeed "with Christ all things are possible."
