The points of our discussion will cover breast cancer, Lymphedema, The Lymphedema Treatment Act, and The Bakersfield Lymphedema Support Group (BLSG) will be available on Zoom on October 7, 2022, from 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm, every Friday for people who are homebound (give an estimated date support group). 

What is lymphedema? (lim-fa-dee-ma) is a chronic swelling (edema) caused by a buildup of fluid (lymph) that occurs when the lymphatic system is either faulty or damaged. There is no cure for lymphedema, but it can be effectively treated.
