Our hero FECES (say that phrase out loud, see how it sounds) has spent a good time in the sun-enveloped haven of Miami, FL. and the rain-stricken, snow-encased city of Seattle, WA. (a radical change) after a lifetime living in his hometown of McKinnleyville, CA. He has found himself in a brand-new city… More than just a new city. A new state and country. And when he sees the "lay of the land", the circumstances of such life in such a place... He gets himself a little idea... That may save some--if not neccessarily all--of mankind.
