The Urantia Book tells us that anger is a spiritual poison. It says that anger is like a stone thrown into a hornet's nest. Does that mean that all anger is bad; or is there some value to anger? The fact is; most of us get angry for time to time; so what do we do about it? How do we work through it? We will discuss this topic with our guest, Sheryl Cira.
