Since a profound spiritual experience in his early 20’s, Ross has explored at depth the complex spiritual landscape of America.  He has been influenced by traditional and progressive Christianity, Zen, Sufism, New Age spirituality, Chi Gong, and varieties of meditation and state-change practices, culminating in his current interest in the Integral movement and evolutionary Christianity.

Ross's career included being a nationally recognized attorney, mediator, consultant, and professional trainer who was employed as an expert in conflict resolution by hundreds of law firms throughout the United States, dozens of Federal and State courts, and many Fortune 100 clients. Ross has conducted over 3,000 mediations, and has helped train over a thousand lawyers in communication and conflict resolution.
