Host Paula Thompson and co-host André Radatus bring you this week's show from the Summer Study Session (SSS) '13 from Techny Towers in Northbrook, Illinois (cohost Christilyn Biek Larson is still off on assignment). The SSS'13 theme is: Our Gift to God the Father: Service to The Supreme. Richard Jernigan filmmaker and producer of A Feast of Uncertainty speaks about the making of his documentary film about Israel, service in the Urantia movement, and his experiences at SSS'13. Al Lockett founder and president of Learning4Today Academic Excellence learning center and a long time educator and educational consultant to many troubled school districts will also be on the show to speak about transforming education as an application of the service motive. We will open up the lines to callers wanting to ask questions. In hour number two, we hope to do some "popcorn" interviews with other conference attendees just to get their impressions of the workshops and the summer study session in general. Most people find these conference get-togethers experiences of tremendous warmth and fellowship. So, by all means, call in! It should prove to be a wonderful occasion for some virtual, vicarious fellowship! See you Saturday morning at 9:00 Pacific; noon Eastern!
