A Hindu Girl Finds Jesus Online

This week we will be interviewing a special guest, Renjini Rajan, widely known as Angel John to her internet family. If ever there was an earthbound angel, it's her.

Renjini Rajan's life was transformed when she accepted Jesus. She lives in a middle class Hindu family at the southern tip of India with her parents. Her younger brother and sister are both civil engineers, Angel, as she prefers to be called, is a college graduate and works at a travel agency in a nearby town.

At the age of 19 Angel was a bit reluctantly led to Jesus by her next door neighbor, minister, and mentor, Laly Jose, a woman who has had strong impact on many of those with whom she's had contact. Not long after that Angel saw the film The Passion of the Christ and her interest in Jesus as a youth was stirred -- she looked on the internet to learn more and was led to Truthbook.com. Because of this spirit-led connection she received a Urantia Book and began her study of Part 4 about 4 years ago.

The purity of her thinking and her overriding love for Jesus have produced a good following for her Angel John Facebook account and at her blog at AngelJohn.org where she relates personal feelings and interpretations of passages from The Bible and from The Urantia Book. Her strong connection with Jesus, with the Father, with family, with Indian culture, and with truth bring a refreshing and uplifting experience to those she meets.
