Young People On The Future Of The Urantia Revelation & The Urantia Community

This week on the Cosmic Citizen we will be joined by members of the Youth and Young Adult Committee of The Urantia Book Fellowship.  The YaYA’s are fresh off of a weekend retreat just outside of Portland, Oregon, where they hosted a gathering entitled - Visioning Our Future.  We’ll talk with the rising generation about how they view their leadership roles - individually and collectively - concerning the Urantia Book revelation and within the Urantia community.    

Their YaYA gathering was held two weeks ago in Oregon. It was entitled "Visioning for Our future." It was a gathering of extremely talented and bright individuals who took time for re-centering and engaging with others who strive to bring light into the world.

Each attendee was asked to vision what they personally could help bring this world a little closer to light and life. Ideas ranged from having a Urantia television channel to community centers to one-on one connections.

Major themes were identified, like Event Planning, Community Place-making, One-on-One Connection, Accountability and Peer-to-Peer Mentoring. You can view their individual presentations to each other on Facebook at the Friends of The Urantia Book Fellowship group page.
