The Attainment of Super Mortal Status - Series Episode 5

Once again this week, our special guest is Don Clementin from The Christ Experiment. The first hour will be reserved for discussion with Don and regular quest contributors like Charles Olivea.

We will again look at some of the questions posed by Zshonette's article on "Bringing Heaven Down: Rejecting Mediocrity & Becoming Super Mortals." This week the discussion will focus primarily on the work of Mansion World #5.

In this series, we have been exploring the pathway to becoming perfected beings. The Urantia Book has certainly revealed this pathway of soul growth with its phenomenal descriptions of the normal mortal and planetary epochs of evolution, as well as the mortal ascension plan in the afterlife.

e book provides a roadmap to help us recognize the signposts of soul growth all along the way and describes the universal curriculum provided for all Ascending Sons of God. It tells usthat we human beings start out as "animal origin" beings, on a material world, but then evolve and grow towards the goal of becoming one with the "God Spark" that dwells within us. The article (linked above) describes why we, with the benefit of the information given in the Urantia Book, do not have to wait until we die to begin our curriculum of spiritual progress. We can take certain steps now, while on earth, to achieve that goal.

We will again be reading from the following passages in The Urantia Book: Paper 52 Section 7;  Paper 55 Sections 1-5 and also Paper 47 - Section 5.
