It's an honor to have filmmaker Joe Badon (Sister Tempest) join me for this very special ISF Commentary Watch of the Japanese horror film Jigoku (The Sinners of Hell). Made in 1960, the same year as Psycho and Peeping Tom, Jigoku presents a very depraved journey into Purgatory and the Seven Levels of Hell, through a Buddhist perspective.
Find the movie on YouTube, turn the volume down and listen to our podcast. When prompted, begin the film. Joe and I will expound on the unique,visuals and the imagery. So beware, this film is not for the faint of heart.
