We welcome back good friend and film director Joe Baodn- who just premiered his new film "The Wheel of Heaven" in New Orleans- in preperation of a Festival Cirtuit opening across the country.

Joe is a favorite of the Deviant Lrgion- funny, witty and just downright strange- in fact, I call him the micro-budget Jodorowsky- and he lives up to that moniker on the strength of his two previous films- The God Inside My Ear and Sister Tempest.
