Have we become a BIG CLICHÈ?

Hey there Tea Sippers!  There are many issues that plague our world today, and often times we have the many different town hall meetings and seminars that excite people and speak to their emotions, BUT  how many times have we heard and/or used those catch phrases which have only become PRETTY WORDS that don't mean anything to anyone? 

*Black folks need to learn how to stick together-But how can we when we won't even accept EVERYONE for who they are?  Str8 won't deal with Gay, Church won't deal with Jehovah's Witnesses, Bourgè won't deal with ghetto, etc.

*We need Unity in the Community-But how can we have UNITY when it has become so subjective and no one wants to deal with anyone they do not know or want to get to know?

*It takes a Village to raise a child-But what has happened to "the village" when folks don't even know their neighbors OR can't even chastise a child without the repercussion of fighting in the street with the parents?

These are some of my thoughts , but today we can talk about any and everything you want to discuss as you are my co-host on this special edition of "Don't Come out of a Bag"
