One of the most key factors in being successful in any area is your personality, and no matter if it is in your personal relationships, for love and desire, or business and trade, or even friendship and personal with your siblings, children, parents, or your best and closes friends.  

That spark that makes everyone or almost everyone want to be around you is important.  

Think about that favorite actor or actress that you watch in a film and you say to yourself, I like him or her. Or that business leader that you admire who they react to the public and how they explain how much respect they have for their parents or associates who helped them make it or he causes the champion just because. And think about the personality of the Presidents, whether it’s President Bill Clinton, or President Barack Obama, or even the first lady Michelle, and Nelson Mandela, or Julius Nyerere.

Your winning personality can take you far in business and in love and it does no matter if you are introverted or extroverted.
