Now the question in front of us is: HOW PREPARED ARE YOU FOR THE NEW YEAR.

Will all that you worked on manifest itself into reality or remain that elusive butterfly of maybe next year I will make my dreams come true? What level are you on the direction scale: 10% 20:% 50:% 75% 90% or have you fixed and adjusted every idea and desire to reach 100%
