A Chain Reaction in your life is a reaction that results in a thinking pattern necessary for the continuance of an emotional reaction.
Your emotional reactions and thoughts are the cause of many situations, experiences and will lead to the results of the issues you will have to face in life and it can and will affect those close to you as well as those associated with many others in your life cycle. 

You become pregnant, and now that one emotional connection will cause the growing process of your relationship with another person, including not only the child but various other people and factors. Medical cost, educational, consideration, employment, housing,  clothing, and guidance all have to be considered because of your emotional action that set in motion the chain reaction of life for you and others.

Other examples are you selection for employment, what career selection and how much guidance, and education you will need to succeed, will be set in motion by your emotional thoughts causing again a chain reaction of events and ideas.
