Joy is one of the most important feelings in our life. We have been trying to find out why this one emotion or feeling does so much to our body, mind, and spirit.  The very nature of the word has been passed down from century after century. It is the one word that songs have been created around, that becomes the focus of our life, love, and happiness.   It is, however, a feeling that no one has to explain to any person when they feel it.
This feeling is so powerful that great minds are quoted as saying "Don't let anyone steal your joy." 

So I believe that joy comes to everyone sooner or later and when you do feel it, find it stumble across it in a fleeting moment. Try your best to hold onto it, because just like a storm comes and goes some people will try to steal this most precious feeling in your life.  While others will rejoice in see you find your joy.  And when you feel it never be afraid to enjoy the moment it has arrived in your life for it may not last for a few seconds, a day, a week or even years. But you don't want to let it escape your life and end up saying I never knew what real joy felt like. So enjoy the person who makes you feel joy, enjoy that idea, that thought, that desire or that dream. Or just your time alone with your thoughts of what it felt like to have joy in your life.
