I believe weather can affect your mood.According to the Associated Press, one in four Americans believe weather affects your mood. Bad weather can go beyond making people feel sad or depressed. Summertime SAD. You've probably heard about seasonal affective disorder, or SAD, which affects about 4% to 6% of the U.S. population. SAD typically causes depression as the days get shorter and colder. Specific symptoms of summer depression often include loss of appetite, trouble sleeping, weight loss, and anxiety Well, Seasonal Affective Disorder has been researched with varying opinions on the subject. There are reports of people feeling tired or depressed during the darker days of fall and winter, weather. And the amount of sunlight people are exposed to can have a large impact on mood because it affects the amount of vitamin D people absorb. I believe weather can have an impact on these changing moods.
