Emotions inside of you making you feel safe.
I want you to think back or about a moment in your life when you felt safe. When the emotions inside of you were so strong, you could let yourself go from a mountain top, and while falling, you would not feel any pain once you reached the bottom. Think about a time when you believed nothing could harm you. 
Not the weather, not the Sun's rays beaming down on your skin, or the winter cold moving through your jacket with a cold wind. And certainly, the darkness of night reaching into your apartment or home through your large glass windows, trying to change your mood, and yet never succeeding for you feel safe in the comfort of your private environment.
